Besharam Rang, the first song from Pathaan, has finally been released. The track includes Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone in a never-before-seen appearance, and their sizzling chemistry is of the highest kind. Composed by Vishal and Sheykhar and performed by Shilpa Rao, Caralisa Monteiro, Vishal and Sheykhar, the song begins with Spanish lyrics as Deepika jumps into a pool while wearing yellow bikini. After a few moments, Deepika begins to dance (to Hindi songs) as Shah Rukh watches from near the pool. Towards the conclusion of the film, Shah Rukh joins Deepika in rhythmic dancing.
Besharam Rang is an upbeat tune that seems to be one of the year’s top dance hits. The images that were released onto the Internet earlier this year seem to be from this song, since they feature Shah Rukh with long hair and his chiselled abs. Also, Deepika’s gorgeous yellow beachwear ensemble.
As soon as the video was uploaded on YouTube, the comment box was overrun by fans. A user remarked, “What a beautiful composition, she is singing like a gazal and such a musical with this, kudos to Shilpa Rao and Vishal, Sheykhar, this song is Giving feeling of gazal and at the same time it is a party pop song,” while another wrote, “As beautiful as Deepika looks in this song, you can’t deny that it is Shilpa’s vocals which takes the cake overall. What an incredible music!”
