BJP President Nadda’s Twitter Account tweted, “Stand with the Ukrainian people. Donations in cryptocurrencies are now accepted. “Bitcoin and Ethereum.”

JP Nadda’s Twitter account was hijacked early Sunday morning, according to news agency ANI, Nadda’s Twitter account tweeted a message requesting for bitcoin donations for Ukraine.
“Stand with the Ukrainian people. Donations in cryptocurrencies are now accepted. “Bitcoin and Ethereum,” stated one of the tweets.

A few minutes later, the tweet was removed, and his access was restored.
Several other political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s personal handle, have previously been attacked by unknown hackers.
In December of last year, the Centre’s cyber security win CERT-In launched a high-level investigation after hackers sent a tweet from PM Modi’s handle saying that India has “formally recognised bitcoin as legal tender.”
“We are aware of the hack and CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) is looking into it: Rajeev Chandrasekhar, MoS Electronics & Technology to ANI on BJP chief JP Nadda’s Twitter account hacked”, told news agency ANI.
