A Facebook user claimed that Narendra Modi was responsible for his father death. He alleges that Narendra ji stole all the gold from the house after seeing the opportunity and ran away from the house… when Damodar ji came to know about this incident, he got 1st heart attack (out of stock)..
Another man on Twitter echoed the same claim with a cutout of an old newspaper headlined as, “Even today, Modi’s family hold him responsible for his father’s death.”
Fact Check
During our investigation, we found an interview of PM Modi’s brother Prahlad Modi in a news website webdunia. In the interview, Prahlad Modi denied all the accusations levied against PM Modi.

He said, according to the website, the viral cut-out of the news article is completely fake and baseless. He added that his father died in 1989 due to bone cancer.
We also searched the byline of the article — Dilli News Network on google but we could not find anything with that name.
