We have all heard about several rags to riches stories. Here’s one similar story of Kisbu, a Kerala teenager, who rose from being a Balloon seller on a street to a Model with just her natural beauty and elegance. What is the story behind this overnight fame? Read on to find out.
With the power of social media, which we already are aware of, a street hawker from Kerala has become an Internet sensation after photos of her makeover went viral, when Arjun Krishnan, a photographer spotted her at the Andalur Kavu festival on January 17.
Arjun says that he spotted her selling balloons and was awestruck by her elegance, and immediately clicked a few pictures of her, like an impromptu photoshoot (according to NDTV). He posted one of them online on instagram and it went viral.

Later, he showed the pictures to Kisbu and her family members, who were very impressed with the photos.
Soon after the photo became viral, someone approached Kisbu for a photoshoot and was getting a makeover by makeup artist Remya Prajul from 4 am.
Kisbu received a manicure, pedicure and facial. Everything was explained all the processes of photoshoots patiently, to make sure she was comfortable.
Kisbu was adorned with traditional Kasavu saree with gold jewellery.
The pictures were posted on Arjun Krishnan’s official Instagram handle and they received an overwhelming response from the netizens.
Who would have thought, someone with such beauty could one day be an inspiration for photographers for portrait photoshoots and Kisbu herself, earning fame all over India? The world indeed works in mysterious ways!
