Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, is among roughly 200 personalities portrayed as distinguished individuals (vyakti vishesh) with origins in Gujarat, in an exhibition organised by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Jinnah was born in the village of Moti Paneli in Rajkot of Saurashtra.

The Sangh’s annual convention will be held from March 11 to March 13 at Shree Nishkalanki Narayan Tirthdham Prernapith at Piraa village, Ahmedabad. Top officials including as RSS president Mohan Bhagwat and BJP president JP Nadda are expected to attend the closed-door meeting where 1,248 Sangh representatives will attend from across the country.
