Mark Zuckerberg and Priscilla Chan sold one of their San Francisco properties for $31 million in an off-market transaction.
According to Zilllow, the sale represents the most expensive sale in San Francisco so far this year.
The 7,386-square-foot property, which is on the border of the Mission District and Dolores Heights neighborhoods of the city, was built in 1928 and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The home was bought in 2012 for just below $10 million by the Facebook-cum-Meta co-founder, 38, and his wife, 37, through a California-based business.
According to PropertyShark data, the purchase was made by a limited liability business based in Delaware.
The home was roughly 1,800 square feet smaller when the couple first purchased it ten years ago …and its sale price likely set a record for the Mission District at a time when San Francisco was witnessing the first symptoms of a tech takeover.
