The UGC-NET test date (for the combined cycles of December 2021 and June 2022) has not yet been announced.

University Grants Commission (UGC)-National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2021 and June 2022 merged cycle would be held in the first or second week of June this year, according to UGC Chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar.
The UGC-NET test date (for the combined cycles of December 2021 and June 2022) has not yet been announced. Once NTA has finalised the dates, the exact timetable will be revealed.
“For the combined cycles of December 2021 and June 2022, the next UGC-NET will be conducted in the first/second week of June 2022,” Kumar wrote on Twitter. “The exact schedule will be announced once NTA finalizes the dates,” he added.
The complete schedule for the NET test will be announced on UGC’s official website once the dates are finalised. Interested applicants would be able to check the schedule at ugc.ac.in.
Last year too, the UGCNET December 2020 and June 2021 were merged and tests were conducted after across the country after 17 months break due to coronavirus-induced restrictions.
The exams were conducted from November 20 to January 5 this year and results for the same were declared in February. The exams were conducted at 469 centers all across the country in which 12.67 lacks students participated out of which, only 52,867 students cleared the exam.
